Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. For Asiago-garlic dill sauce, mix Asiago cheese, minced garlic, and chopped dill in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Honey BBQ Glaze

In a separate bowl, mix honey with BBQ sauce to create the honey BBQ glaze.

  4. 4

    Prepare Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

Cook the Vegetable of the Day

Prepare the vegetable of the day according to preference (steamed, sautéed, etc.).

  6. 6

    Prepare the Side Salad

In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Toss lightly with dressing of choice.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the grilled salmon with a generous topping of Asiago-garlic dill sauce or honey BBQ glaze, alongside garlic smashed potatoes, the vegetable of the day, and a side salad.
