Add Crawfish and Seasoning
Add the crawfish tails and blackened seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine with Cheese and Onions
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded Asiago cheese and sliced green onions until well combined.

Prepare the Bread
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.

Fill the Bread
Spoon the crawfish mixture evenly onto the cut sides of the bread.

Bake the Crawfish Bread
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
