Wings Preparation

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the jumbo chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Wings
Remove the wings from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Coat the Wings
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with the wing sauce until evenly coated.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Plate the Dish
Serve the coated wings with celery sticks and a side of Alabama white BBQ sauce for dipping.
