Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.

2

Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

3

Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

4

Apply Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush your favorite barbecue sauce generously over the ribs. Return them to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

5

Serve

Once the ribs are caramelized and sticky, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
