Prepare the Turkey
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey.

Season the Turkey
In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mix over the turkey breast evenly.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Soak the applewood chips in water for about 30 minutes before using.

Smoke the Turkey
Once the smoker is ready, drain the applewood chips and add them to the smoker box. Place the seasoned turkey breast on the smoker rack. Smoke for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest and Serve
Once done, remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
