Prepare the Turkey
Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Seasoning Mix
In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Prepare the Smoker
Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C) and add the applewood chips to the smoking chamber.

Smoke the Turkey
Place the seasoned turkey breast on the smoker rack. Smoke for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Resting
Remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
