Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels. Season the ribs generously with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.

Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover them tightly with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut into portions and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
