Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

  3. 3

    Make the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until the sauce simmers and thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Grill the Ribs

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the foil and brush them generously with the BBQ sauce. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and grill the ribs for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and adding more sauce as desired.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the ribs into portions and serve with additional BBQ sauce and pickles on the side.
