In a bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is well coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the buns lightly. Place a generous amount of shredded pork on each bun, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with pickles. Serve immediately.
