Prepare the Meat
Begin by seasoning the brisket and pulled pork with your favorite dry rub. Allow them to sit for at least 30 minutes.

Smoke the Meat
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Smoke the brisket for about 10-12 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Smoke the pulled pork for about 8-10 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). If you're using chicken thighs, smoke them for about 3-4 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Add Pickles
Garnish the meat with pickles on the side for added flavor.
