Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture over the ribs evenly.
- 3
Add Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the ribs to help the seasoning stick.
- 4
Grill or Bake
Place the ribs on the grill or in a baking dish if using the oven. Cook for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting with apple cider vinegar every 30 minutes.
- 5
Apply Barbecue Sauce
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
- 6
Serve
Once done, remove the ribs from the heat, let them rest for 10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
