Fry the Chips
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the tortilla chips in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread the fried tortilla chips evenly. Layer the smoked pork, nacho cheese sauce, and salsa over the chips.

Add Toppings
Drizzle the Alabama style white BBQ sauce over the nachos. Top with sliced jalapeños and chopped green onions. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the assembled nachos in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese (if used) is melted.

Serve
Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnishing with additional salsa or BBQ sauce if desired.
