Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- 2
Add the Sauce
Spread a generous layer of MJ Red Sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 3
Layer the Vegetables
Evenly distribute the sliced local mushrooms, roasted red peppers, zucchini, and squash over the sauce.
- 4
Add Tomatoes and Olives
Sprinkle the chopped oven-dried tomatoes and sliced cured olives on top of the vegetables.
- 5
Bake the Pizza
Drizzle olive oil over the top, then season with salt and black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

Finish with Arugula
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh local arugula before slicing and serving.
