Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Noodles

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Proteins

Cut the chicken breast and steak into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

  3. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

Julienne the bell pepper and carrot. Slice the green onions thinly, separating the white and green parts.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

Mince the garlic cloves and mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Cook the Chicken and Steak

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 6

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside with the chicken.

  3. 7

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, carrot, and the white parts of the green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 8

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked chicken, shrimp, and steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together to combine and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. 9

    Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with the green tops of the green onions. Serve hot.
