Prepare Spinach
Wash fresh spinach thoroughly. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then add the spinach and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool, then chop finely.

Prepare Artichokes
Open the canned artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, and chop them into small pieces.

Combine Base Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture until evenly distributed.

Season the Mixture
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
Baking

Bake the Dip
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
