Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Spinach

Wash fresh spinach thoroughly. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then add the spinach and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare Artichokes

Open the canned artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, and chop them into small pieces.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Base Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and creamy.

  2. 4

    Add Cheeses

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture until evenly distributed.

Seasoning

  1. 5

    Season the Mixture

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Chips

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
