Pork Chops

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking. This helps ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Pork Chops

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the olive oil over both sides of the pork chops, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over each chop.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork Chops

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the juices run clear.

  4. 4

    Rest the Pork Chops

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and keep the meat tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your pork chops with your favorite sides!
