Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Fish
Place the white fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fish is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Trim the asparagus, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the red onion.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange on Baking Sheet
On a large baking sheet, arrange the marinated fish fillets in the center. Surround them with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.

Bake the Dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
