Appetizer 1: Spicy Chicken Wings

Appetizer 2: Creamy Spinach Dip

Method

Appetizer 1: Spicy Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the hot sauce and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.

  5. 5

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are baked and crispy, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the spicy chicken wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Appetizer 2: Creamy Spinach Dip

  1. 7

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, sauté the fresh spinach over medium heat until wilted. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Drain excess liquid and let cool.

  2. 8

    Mix the Creamy Base

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. 9

    Add Spinach to the Mixture

Chop the cooled spinach and fold it into the creamy mixture until fully incorporated.

  4. 10

    Serve

Transfer the spinach dip to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
