Appetizer 1: Spicy Buffalo Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.

Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.

Prepare the Nachos
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Add Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips. Add jalapeños and black olives on top.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Fresh Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven. Top with dollops of sour cream and guacamole, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
