Chicken Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest.
Honey-Ale Mayonnaise Preparation

Mix the Mayonnaise
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, orange wheat ale, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
Sandwich Assembly

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the hickory-smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread a generous amount of honey-ale mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a grilled chicken breast on top, followed by two slices of Swiss cheese, two slices of crispy bacon, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the burger bun.
