Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest.

Honey-Ale Mayonnaise Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Mayonnaise

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, orange wheat ale, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the hickory-smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread a generous amount of honey-ale mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a grilled chicken breast on top, followed by two slices of Swiss cheese, two slices of crispy bacon, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the burger bun.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the sandwiches immediately with your choice of sides.
