Method
Preparing the Buffalo Wings

Prep the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Hot Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with the Cajun hot sauce until they are fully coated.
Making the Blue Cheese Dip

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Until Smooth
Use a fork or a whisk to mix the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving

Plate the Wings
Arrange the tossed Buffalo wings on a serving plate.

Add Celery Sticks
Place celery sticks around the wings for dipping.

Serve with Dip
Serve the wings hot with blue cheese dip on the side.
