Creamy Roasted Garlic Dressing

Method

Salmon Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Rub the Atlantic salmon fillet with Cajun seasoning, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned salmon fillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and blackened on the outside.

Salad Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is cooking, slice the red onion thinly and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, toss the field greens, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, and red onion together until well mixed.

Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Final Assembly

  1. 6

    Combine and Serve

Once the salmon is cooked, place it on top of the salad mixture. Drizzle the creamy roasted garlic dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
