Method
Prepare the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Add Tea Leaves
Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of Thai tea leaves to the pot.

Steep the Tea
Reduce heat to low and let the tea leaves steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a separate container to remove the leaves.

Add Sugar
While the tea is still warm, stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar until fully dissolved.
Prepare the Milk Mixture

Combine Condensed Milk and Evaporated Milk
In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of evaporated milk until well combined.
Assemble the Drink

Fill Glasses with Ice
In a tall glass, add about 2 cups of ice cubes.

Pour Tea Over Ice
Pour the prepared Thai tea over the ice until the glass is about 3/4 full.

Top off the tea with the milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
