Assembly and Baking
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2
Roll Out Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. Use a round cutter or a glass to cut out circles (about 4 inches in diameter).
- 3
Fill and Seal
Place a tablespoon of the sweet potato filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.
- 4
Bake the Curry Puffs
Arrange the filled curry puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your sweet potato curry puffs warm!
