Preparing the Pork Belly

Season the Pork Belly
Rub the pork belly with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Marinate
Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned pork belly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the fridge.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili paste, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
Grilling the Pork Belly

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Pork Belly
Place the marinated pork belly on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the outside is crispy.

Remove the pork belly from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
