Prepare the Meat

Prepare Char Siu Pork
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the char siu pork on a baking tray and brush it with a mixture of soy sauce and sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until caramelized.

Cook Chinese Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Chinese sausage until it is caramelized and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Slice it into thin rounds and set aside.
Make the Gravy

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, water, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.

Cook the Gravy
Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Dish

Combine Ingredients
Slice the char siu pork into thin pieces and arrange them on a serving plate. Top with the sliced Chinese sausage.

Pour the thickened gravy over the pork and sausage. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
