Drunken Noodles Recipe
Serves 6. Flat rice noodles with your choice of protein, Thai chili, egg, bamboo shoots, and assorted vegetables.

Cook the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the flat rice noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare the Protein
In a separate bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast and shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a dash of black pepper for about 15 minutes.

Add the Protein
Add the marinated chicken and shrimp to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp is pink and opaque.

Combine with Noodles
Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Finish with Green Onions
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions. Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot.
