Cook the Sweet Potatoes
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in a pot of water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.

Once the sweet potatoes are cooled, mash them in a bowl until smooth.

Add garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chopped cilantro to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Assembling the Wontons

Prepare the Wonton Wrappers
Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean, flat surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the sweet potato filling in the center of the wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal. Then fold the corners towards the center to create a triangle shape, sealing all edges well.
