Baking Instructions
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2
Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- 3
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- 5
Mix Together
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 6
Bake
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 7
Cool and Serve
Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
