Make the Pumpkin Budino
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, whole milk, both sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, ground spices, molasses, and salt until smooth.

Bake the Budino
Pour the mixture into greased ramekins or a baking dish and place them in a larger baking pan filled with hot water (water bath). Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 35-40 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.

Prepare the Garnish
Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form to make chantilly cream. Set aside.

Assemble the Dessert
Once the budino is set and cooled, serve it in a dessert dish topped with molasses ginger crumble, drizzle toffee sauce, dollop chantilly cream, and sprinkle with candied pecans.
