Carefully shuck the oysters using an oyster knife. Hold the oyster in a towel with the flat side up, insert the knife into the hinge, and twist to open. Be careful not to spill the liquid inside.
3. Prepare the Garlic Butter
Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
4. Add Seasoning
