Marinade

Method

Marinating the Pork

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips and place it in the marinade. Ensure the pork is well coated and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Stir-Frying

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  2. 4

    Stir-Fry the Pork

Add the marinated pork to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink.

  3. 5

    Add the Vegetables

Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 6

    Finish the Dish

Stir in the chopped green onions and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
