Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccini

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Shrimp and Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes. Add the shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine with Marinara Sauce

Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet with the shrimp and mushrooms. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer the cooked fettuccini, then pour the shrimp and marinara mixture over the top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

  5. 5

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
