  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Thinly slice the pork tenderloin against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Grate the fresh ginger using a fine grater. Mince the garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, grated ginger, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Onion

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they become translucent and slightly softened.

  4. 4

    Add the Pork

Add the marinated pork to the skillet with the onions. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink.

  5. 5

    Finish with Sesame Oil

Drizzle the sesame oil over the cooked pork and onion mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional minute.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot, ideally with steamed rice or noodles.
