  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients listed, ensuring the beef is thinly sliced and the onion is sliced into thin strips. Chop green onions for garnish.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it's hot but not smoking.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the Beef

Add the sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes without stirring, until browned on one side. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add the Onion

Add the sliced onion to the skillet with the beef. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the onion is tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Add the Teriyaki Sauce

Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef and onion mixture. Stir well to coat all the ingredients in the sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. 6

    Add Sesame Seeds

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for another minute.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
