    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Fold in the shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, and artichoke hearts into the dip mixture until evenly distributed.
