    Prepare the Corn

    Remove the husks and silk from the sweet corn. Break the ears in half if desired.

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add salt and Old Bay Seasoning.

    Add Corn

    Once the water is boiling, add the sweet corn and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Add Shrimp

    Add the Gulf shrimp to the pot and squeeze in the juice of the whole lemon. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

    Drain and Serve

    Drain the shrimp and corn in a colander. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges and hot sauce on the side.
