Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the salmon fillets, coating them well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the salmon is marinating.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place the grilled salmon and arrange the grilled vegetables beside it. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and serve immediately.
