Prepare the Wings

Clean the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Fry the Wings

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings and drain them on paper towels.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until they are fully coated.
Prepare the Celery Sticks

Cut the Celery
Wash and slice the celery stalks into sticks about 4 inches long.
Make the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Transfer the buffalo chicken wings to a serving platter.
