The amount of food is based on the size of your group and their appetites/time of day. Half trays typically feed 10 – 12 people, and full trays will feed 20 – 25. For a nice variety, we typically recommend 4 – 5 trays, consisting of an appetizer or salad, 1 or 2 pastas, 1 or 2 entrees, and 1 side.
