We use aluminum trays that can go straight into a chafing dish or oven. Crudite, antipasti, cheese & cookie platters come on large square platters with lids, so you can open and easily serve. Salads come in large black plastic bowls with lids. Sauces, dressings, salad toppings, and accoutrements for platters come in plastic pint containers. All salad toppings and dressings are packaged on the side.
