    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

Wet Ingredients

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add-ins & Baking

    Add Berries and Nuts

    Fold in the fresh berries and chopped nuts (if using) gently into the batter.

    Pour into Baking Dish

    Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish and pour the batter evenly into the dish.
