Baked Herb Boursin Cheese and Crostini

Method

Preparation and Baking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Herb Boursin Cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, chopped chives, parsley, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

  2. 2

    Bake the Cheese

Transfer the cheese mixture to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Crostini

While the cheese is baking, preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush each side of the sourdough slices with olive oil. Toast the bread in the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the baked herb Boursin cheese from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the toasted sourdough crostini on the side.
