Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the meat. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

3

Combine Lobster and Sauce

Add the chopped lobster meat to the garlic butter sauce, and mix well. Stir in the chopped parsley and half of the grated Parmesan cheese, reserving the rest for topping.

4

Bake the Cargot

Transfer the lobster mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve hot with slices of French bread for dipping.
