Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Place the chicken breasts, pork sausages, and beef steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meats, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the meats are marinating, wash the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion. Cut the bell peppers into quarters, slice the zucchini into thick rounds, and cut the red onion into wedges.

  2. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 5

    Grill the Meats

Once the grill is preheated, remove the meats from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, the pork sausages for about 10-12 minutes, and the beef steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the beef reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

  4. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

After the meats are nearly done, place the prepared vegetables on the grill. Grill the bell peppers and zucchini for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks. The red onion can be grilled for about 3-4 minutes or until slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Mixed Grill

Once everything is cooked, remove the meats and vegetables from the grill. Let the meats rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the mixed grill on a large platter, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
