Preparation

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Boil Water

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from heat and add 1 cup of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently.

  2. 4

    Steep the Tea

Cover the pot and let the mint leaves steep in the hot water for about 10 minutes to release their flavor.
