Dips Preparation

    Hummus Preparation

    In a food processor, blend together 1 cup of chickpeas, 1/4 cup of tahini, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, and salt to taste until smooth. Adjust consistency with water as needed.

    Baba Ganoush Preparation

    Roast 1 medium eggplant at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes until soft. Scoop out the flesh, and blend with 1/4 cup of tahini, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, and salt to taste until smooth.

    Tzatziki Preparation

    Grate 1 cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix it with 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 clove of minced garlic, and salt to taste.

Vegetables Preparation

    Wash and slice the cucumbers into rounds. Arrange in a bowl.

    Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a separate dish.

Cheese Preparation
