Marinade Preparation

Combine Marinade Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped rosemary, ground cumin, ground coriander, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate Lamb
Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for best flavor.

Prepare Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Skewer Lamb
Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking.
Cooking

Grill Lamb Kebabs
Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Serve
Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the grill and serve with warm pita bread and the salad. Add yogurt on the side if desired.
