Assembling the Burritos

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.

Spoon the vegetable and black bean mixture onto the center of each tortilla, and add any optional toppings like avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, and salsa.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
