Dough Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine water, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in all-purpose flour until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Allow the dough to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated and smooth.

Heat Oil
In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough directly into the hot oil.
